Sous Chef Vacancy
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team.

Our award-winning restaurant is seeking the talents of an experienced Sous Chef to support our Head Chef. You will be creating fine British Cuisine with a strong focus on using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients and all the menus change seasonally. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience as a Sous Chef within a high standard fine dining environment.

As the Senior Sous Chef you will support the general running of the kitchen and will have a great amount of autonomy when it comes to menu creation, You will need to have creative flair and create menus that celebrate the seasonal produce. You will oversee the day to day preparation and planning of the kitchen and brigade for service, this is a role for a hands-on Sous Chef.

The ideal candidate will come from a similar venue or a quality fine dining restaurant that delivers high volume whilst maintaining high standards.

Essential skills required are management skills, menu development, costing and all paperwork associated with running a professional kitchen. You will be a good motivator and a great leader passing on skills and knowledge to junior members of the brigade.
